Rethink What It Means to Lock In

Reframe focus, design your time, and use better tools to build something sustainable.

Someone probably told you that the only way to succeed is through hard work. While there is some truth to that, the idea is left so broad that it misses the whole point.

I built this site (more of a hub) to be an ongoing exploration of what it means to work hard, use better tools, and learn continuously in an effort to buy back our time and make a meaningful impact.

This is a working space, not a collection of online fluff. No get-rich-quick hacks, just real experiments with tools, time, and learning new skills, shared as we go.

Over time I hope this grows into a community of people who want to find their way around the noise and "Lock In" with intention.

Lock In Theory

I don't have a framework for you. What I do have ongoing experience with working, experimenting, and buying back my time.

Over the past few years I have been exploring AI tools and building websites while working full time in kitchens and trades. I've done construction projects and learned the basics of cabinetry, and spent my morning and evenings testing ideas from stocks and day trading to print-on-demand, and I'm considering trying my hand at reselling.

My common thread through all of this is I've been looking for something that actually clicks. Work that can generate a feasible income while not being mentally draining, exploitative, or feeling like I'm ripping someone off.

I've grown tired of the algorithm and the pull of salesy content. This is a place to share the whole journey, start to finish, with as much honesty as possible.
